Conference and Classroom Rentals

The Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS® has two rooms available for rent for meetings, conferences, classes, seminars or other business and education purposes. Members of the community are welcome, and we encourage local homeowner’s associations, neighborhood organizations, nonprofits and other community groups to take advantage of our state of the art meeting facilities. These rooms may be rented for the following rates during the Association’s standard business hours.*

– Conference Room (seats up to 13 people at the conference table and up to 8 additional people on the side chairs)
– Classroom (seats approximately 40 people (with tables and chairs)

– $75.00 for a half-day rental (up to 4 hours)
– $150.00 for a full-day rental (up to 8 hours)

All Room Rentals include:
– Coffee and/or water for your attendees
– Use of audio/visual equipment including:
– A ViewSonic projector with screen for video presentations from your device
– Wireless internet access
– Sound system including microphone and speakers

*Standard business hours are currently Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm. If you have a need that falls outside of those time frames, give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
