Updates/Changes Completed to the new MLS system:

The following updates/changes have been completed and are now available:

1. Caravan Report now includes: Land Type, Driving Directions, Complex/Subdivision name.
2. Changed the name from “Land Lease Type” to “Land Type”.
3. The “Land Type” field is now a Required Field. If you select “yes” for Lease, then the date/amount of the Lease is Required.
4. 24 Hour Market Watch has been added!
5. Renamed Multi-page Agent & Client Detail to Agent Detail-PS & Client Detail-PS

Coming Soon Changes:

We are working to improve and upgrade the new MLS system. Here are some of the changes you will be seeing soon:

1. Create a CMA like the Rapattoni CMA
2. Modify All reports to add Subdivision, Land Type, Expiration, Amount
3. Add a Flyer/Cloud CMA button from “My Listed Properties Portlet”
4. Add Link for “See Agents Listings” to Agent Roster Search page
5. Add Agent Ranking Report
6. Add “Land Type” as a criteria to Home Search Central+
7. Add Subdivision as a criteria to Home Search Central+
