Community Service

The Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS® takes an active role in supporting the local desert communities we serve. Our members participate actively in volunteer programs and charity fundraising events throughout the communities where we live and work.

Education & Professional Development

Our prestigious education program offers real estate professionals a full curriculum for real estate licensing, continuing education, and professional designation programs in a state of the art training facility. Whether you are just starting a real estate career or are a seasoned professional in need of continuing education, the Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS® offers the courses that you need. Members receive discounts on courses on the most relevant industry issues, from Professional Standards/Ethics Training, 1031 Exchange, Indian Land Lease Issues, Investment Analysis, Commercial Real Estate to Negotiation Skills Building. We also offer training workshops for professionals at every stage of your career, and designation courses to give you the competitive edge. Government Affairs

Our Association strives to be on the forefront of the issues affecting the real estate industry and the rights of property and home owners. Our staff and Government Affairs committee works closely with local, state and national leaders to make sure new and existing laws and ordinances don’t adversely affect your business.

Professional Standards

Educating and enforcement of the REALTOR Code of Ethics® for members on appropriate business practices and ethics are services offered to ensure the integrity of your fellow REALTORS® and a positive experience for your clients. Additionally, the Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS® conducts mediation and arbitration services to assist in resolving alleged ethics complaints and monetary disputes.
